10. Data Retention

Health information (medical history, diagnostic results, appointment details): retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable healthcare recordkeeping requirements in Bangladesh.
Payment information: transaction records are retained for 6 years to comply with tax and financial regulations. Full card details are not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process a transaction.
Usage and device data: retained for 24 months for analytics and service improvement, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Once the applicable retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize your data, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
